AI Command Hub is a full-stack web application built to answer a hard practical question for enterprise AI leaders: how do you keep track of every model your organization runs, at once? It centralizes the inventory — model registry, lifecycle status, risk rating, guardrail coverage, quality and drift, and per-model validation — and surfaces it as a firm-wide executive overview, so management sees not just what models exist, but how they are performing, what is protecting them, and where the portfolio is heading.
The app treats governance as a first-class product surface rather than an afterthought. Each model carries its own detail view with 12 weeks of performance history, latency and error rates, a heat-mapped risk register bucketed by likelihood × impact, and the human-in-the-loop controls that validate it. A separate opportunities view prioritizes the AI use-case pipeline by value and feasibility, effectively connecting the governance layer to the innovation strategy it is meant to support.
